Great product but only buy if your shoe size 9.5 or less
Couple of inches longer than a trainer sock ideal if like me you've big calf's and the elastic on regular length socks gets too tight/digs in over the day.

To short for winter
Warm and good quality. Not so great for boots or shoes in the winter. My feet are 43or size 9 but they don’t cover my builders dainty ankles !!

One size fits all?
Unfortunately for the larger feet the length of socket left for the shin covering is on the short size

Like putting a cloud on your feet! Super comfy!
It comes to a point in a lifetime, when what really appeals to you is a comfy pair of socks! Something you can slip on, and gain instant gratification knowing that your feet are well looked after in a pair of warm, comfy, soft, cosy socks. I used to think you wouldn’t get this excited about a pair of socks until you were in your 50s or 60s, I’ve just turned 35 - and these are some of the best things I’ve treated to myself to in the past few years.Honestly it’s like slipping your feet into a cloud the first time you put them on - and even after being on my feet for the entire day, they still feel the same as when I popped them on in the morning! Honestly they are so good - I’d happily wear them for a full working day on my feet, throughout the house in the evening - and then to bed! Normally I’m just a pants only kinda guy in bed - but these socks are so fantastic I’d make an exception for these! I’ve also heard that wearing socks to bed can help you regulate your body temperature a little better at night - so it will probably be worth a trial in the near future!Obviously you get a pack of four pairs of socks in the pack, I’m relatively muted colours - which I LOVE! I was initially looking at a brighter set of merino wool socks, but the merino wool content of the socks was under 30%, and I didn’t really see them as merino wool socks as the content was so low! These are 80% merino wool - and you really can tell!I’ve had these on me feet all day on a summers day (admittedly I’ve been wearing shorts all day), and they kept my feet at a constant temperature - not too hot, not too cold! I believe that merino wool is a perfect material to keep you warm when it’s cold, and cooler when it’s warmer! So I’m looking forward to testing the theory in the winter now!As always, I will update my review on the longevity of the socks - but I’m pretty sure they will last a while!! They are so thick and luxurious! All I need now is for Vihir to make a pair of trainer/no see socks and I will be in sock heaven! I’ll be looking to purchase the longer version of these for the winter.I’ll also be looking to use these socks underneath a set of waterproof socks on the winter when I’m out riding in the mountains, due to the added warmth abs comfort they will give me on the bike!Just for reference I’m a U.K. 9, and these fit me absolutely perfectly….like a glove - only for feet! This style is a shorter style, good for waking shoes, or cycling shoes - you may need to get the longer version if you’re walking in boots.Games consoles, gadgets, electronics…you can keep them all! All i’m excited about now is a nice pair of socks! These ones in particular! So much so - I’m off to buy another set of 4… one for every day of the week plus a spare!Last year my favourite purchase was a robotic hoover - this year - these socks have gone above and beyond that already, and I can’t see anything topping them - am I getting old, or is it ok to get this excited over a pair of socks! :)

Very comfortable
I've been looking for every edge/technique in improving my sleep. Research online showed that socks (specifically Wool socks) helped regulate body temperature and thus aid in the sleep process and quality. These certainly have (so far) aided in the sleep improvement process. Prior to this purchase I used various types of socks of different lengths, quality, comfort and materials to wearing while I slept. While I noticed an improvement in falling asleep when wearing socks (versus not wearing socks), I always woke up in the middle of the night with some condition of hot, sweaty feet. Comfort would then be improved by taking the socks off, and then trying to get back to sleep. With this product, I have not noticed an overnight change in comfort and/or temperature regulation. When I put them on prior to going to bed, the snug non-sweaty warm feeling I have is consistent throughout the night, whether I wake up to use the restroom, loud noises, bad dream, etc. and into the following morning once my initial alarm goes off.The product seems to airdry quite well (per packaging recommendations). Even when hung inside with limited natural light (sun) exposure, the socks were comfortably dry after 6-7 hours of hanging after being washed. This also is the same with the pair I have been wearing nightly; there does not seem to be an excessive moisture/sweat accrual when I remove them in the morning. My only gripe is that this product's length is just above ankle length; I wish they were longer (mid to upper shin length).Wonderfully comfortable product overall, even if not used for sleep aid purposes.

?
These socks are warm but i found them uncoforably rough under foot . After first cold wash they shrunk so much I gave the to my partner " size 7 im a 11". After wearing bridgdale merino hikers for years I thought I would give these a go ? . I have bridgdale merino socks 7 yrs old which have been worn every day ran and trained for multiple marathons aswell as many miles in the Scotish highlands which have still not worn out. Spend a few £s more and go for bridgdale merino hikers .
