Have noticed the manufacture reason for this product but I used it hang Christmas garland off guttering, did the job I intended

Fits clothes rail
Got to hang coats off a clothes rail in the hall. Didn't want hangers taking up width of the room at shoulder-waist height. These are exactly what I wanted.Wide enough to fit off probably all clothes rails.
