Perfect replacement
One of the bearings on my bottom bracket had seized. This is a new replacement. Fitted perfectly

Easy to fit but hard to remove
Relatively easy to fit. Just be careful tightening it up to avoid misaligning the axle sleeve. I'd recommend keeping the old sleeve aside when removing the old cups just in case you misalign the new one.
