Cupid and Comet Luxury Advent Calendar for Dogs, 120 g

My cat loved this...first time I've brought anything like this but he sat patiently waiting every morning for the treats.I thought it might be just one behind each door, whereas there was a pouch full of little love heart treats - and they obviously tasted good 😁 Just a tad difficult opening each door, but I'll be getting one next year.

I bought this as the quality of cat advent calendars on the high street wasn't great as the treats inside were cheap and nasty and not very healthy. It looked great when it arrived but sadly the cat wasn't overly impressed with the contents. He ate the first day's offering and then refused all of the others. I ended up taking them all out of the little packets and mixing them in with other treats to make them more appealing...not convinced that that has been too successful either. Overall though, it looked great and was a good idea in principle.

My cat loved the treats, but opening the calendar doors neatly was impossible - they needed to be ripped off entirely and this resulted in the calendar looking rather unattractive. The perforated edges of the calendar doors did not work at all. I hope the actual cardboard housing for the treats is improved for next year as my cat really enjoyed the actual contents of the calendar. I was disappointed in the overall look of it.

Really not happy with this cat advent calendar, I've received it today 14th November, I left it in the Amazon box, I left the room, after returning the cat was on the floor after something, thought he was trying to kill a spider ect, he was in a very awkward corner so called my daughter, he only had a small packet, wondered what it was, realised he stole number 13, thought I'd just as well let him have it not happy but there we are, he only stole number 10 after that. Must be really nice, Will definitely recommend, and purchase this again

Bought this for my cat, he loves his treats so I was looking forward to giving him something different for a change.Firstly, the windows are a pain to open, you either need long fingernails or a knife to cut the perforations to open them! I was trying to keep it neat, to satisfy my OCD but no chance, they rip whatever I try.Secondly, the treats are vacuum sealed in a small plastic pouch that needs scissors to open, such a faff for a few treats.Thirdly, the treats are awful, squashed together due to the vacuum sealing and remind me of shoe leather and I think my cat agrees as he turned his nose up at them.I would rather have bought a couple of packs of Dreamies and given him a few every day rather than offering him these dried up morsels.Makes me laugh that the company call this a ‘luxury’ advent calendar, what a joke!Hope you found my review helpful.

Box ends up falling apart but my dogs absolutely love the treats inside.My only issue is that it’s not made clear that these contain nuts when purchasing, we have a nut allergy in the house so obviously had to be very careful after we gave the dogs their Christmas treat

So impressed with this product. My cat is really fussy and last years parsley treats went down awfully so after much searching when i found this meaty advent calendar i ordered one. The first 2 windows we opened contained packets of 11 and 17 treats respectively and my cat loves them!! Will definitely look for one of these next year too. Really nice that the treats are wrapped for each day too to keep them nice and fresh.

My pup absolutely adores these treats, so it's a shame that so far we've had one window with no treat (and no, it hasnt slid out) and one treat covered in mould.Aside from these hiccups, I'm impressed with the quality of the treats themselves - the packaging just needs to be worked on!
