Great product. Works well for me. I have quite alot of bloating and indigestion after meals due to irregular meals. It really helps. However, 7 days flat from the same manufacturer works faster when I want a quick fix.

Very happy I used throughout my pregnancy I also have IBS, and had strep b showing in my urine, I read good probiotics can help remove it, to my surprise it worked, I have been tested twice and it was clear, midwife was very impressed and going to suggest it to her other mums, I also had 2 spoons if coconut oil daily, my bowels feel young again, the extra fibre helped with pregnancy constipation, I have had no bloating, I can confirm this product does survive through the gut unlike some cheaper products if pro biotics, will be buying again, only negative comment I have is the sweet taste, I'd of preferred a flavour to it like lemon, but its very plain and sweet.

I’m so happy and impressed with this probiotic. I was suffering with IBS and heartburn regularly and since taking one sachet every morning for the last 25 days I’ve had no episodes of IBS and only one episode of heartburn after a heavy meal! It’s also helped my bowel movements to be regular and eased hormonal related bowel changes I was experiencing at certain times of the month (ladies you’ll understand what I mean). The taste is very sweet but not unpleasant, mix well with water until dissolved and drink, easy! Highly recommend for overall improvement to digestive and bowel health. I had a really bad stomach issue and thankfully I had Optibac on hand. Bad tooth was putting bacteria into my gut before I had a chance to see the dentist. Optibac to the rescue. Two of these a day straightened out my stomach. No more cramping, convulsing pain in my stomach. Can't say enough good about this probiotic. Taste is slightly sweet, easy to mix, EXCEPT in cold water. Just mix in room temp. water and drink.
