Bro , first I got this and it was having no base , cause I have bought IEM before that was having full volume with base but this one was not having that so I replaced it and got the same thing with the same fault, i mean the sound wasn't like feeling as I was using before , so please fix this problem, the thing ain't having proper sound quality

I love the sound quality and if you are not okay or satisfied with the default sound quality you can use a DAC from audicular or some other reputed brand. These DACs make the iem sound even better. The mic is of ok quality nothing bad or good. It connects to all of my devices without any issues and also it just plug and play no software required. The earpiece fits well in my ear and is fully dependant on you. The metal part on the side gives it a little premium feels. I use this to play Valorant and I love it the directional audio is very good. If you want to buy this for gaming I would recommend it.
