For such a small device it collects water and reduces humidity without having to keep the heating on! Great value and very quiet in use. Even has coloured led light which you can set to different colours or leave them off. The only feature missing is the ability to be be connected to a smart plug so you can turn on/off at set times. You have to manually turn it on by tapping a switch but does have inbuilt timers 4/8/12 hour or leave on continuous. Only 1p per hour.

Got this for use in an insulated steel garden shed, 5m x 3m size. Had problems with moisture and condensation there over winter, it was causing stored wood to swell and warp and my tools to go rusty.Got this and in just a month it's made a noticeable difference. No more condensation anywhere, it removes about a full tank of water every week. I leave it running 24/7. The timer function unfortunately isn't much use for me - I assumed that if you set it to the 12 hour timer setting, it would run for 12 hours, stop for twelve hours, and repeat. But no, it's basically just an off timer - you set it, it turns off in 12 hours, and stays off until you manually turn it on again.Noise-wise, it's definitely got an audible whirring. Not an issue for me at all, since it's in a shed down the end of the garden, but I could see it being a bit annoying for bedroom use if you like to sleep in complete silence.The red light when it's full is a useful feature too. I have it set up just inside the side window of the shed, so at night I can see from the house if the tank has filled up and needs emptying.

It took me a while to choose dehumidifier but I like it. It is super quiet and works really well , I use in my kitchen, keep using 4 hours setting

I have a very damp bedroom and have used several different dehumidifiers previously, with various results. The last one broke after a month and I decided to spend a little bit more on a more advanced product. I read the reviews before I ordered it and I agree it’s maybe a little bit more noisy than others I’ve had, but I don’t mind the humming background sound when I’m sleeping. It has a light function, which I’m not using at all. I don’t see the point in having bright lights when sleeping! I do like the fact the ‘on’ light is very small and not too disturbing. A warning though, if it’s full, it will start beeping loudly and a red light will start flashing and it nearly gave me a heart attack in the middle of the night! However, the main purpose of collecting water is fantastic! It’s also supposed to purify the air, but I can’t tell if that works, or not. Very happy so far though!

Really good item, collects water well and does the job great. Great to leave running over night but it does make a loud beep sound when turning on/off with no way to disable it. The other day I was waken up in my sleep as the tank was full and the beep woke up the entire house! Other than that, great product, looks awesome too and does add ambience to the room when the lights are turned on.

To sum up this review quickly:This machine claims to remove 350ml of water from the air a day.A single person in a room will add on average over 2000ml of water vapour to a room in 24 hours just by breathing.Assuming maximum performance you'd need 6 of these per room per person JUST to counter the moisture generated from breathing.This will never reduce humidity in your living space, it just isn't efficient enough at all & is a total waste of electricity & money. & if that wasn't enough, it also beeps obscenely loud when setting up & when full, which in my experience takes over a week to fill its 1000ml tank so I'm getting less than half its advertised power.I advise if you need a dehumidifier, save up for one that reduces moisture by 10 or more litres a day minimum.

I am based in Durban, South Africa where we have very high humidity levels. The product has captured 350ml over night as promised. It is worth noting that it’s currently July which means we are in winter in Durban so the temperature and humidity isn’t really very high. The machine comes with a UK plug so make sure you have an adapter at the ready. The can recommend this unit.
