I bought these for my mom and she is obsessed with them. She loves hot chocolate however any hot chocolate you can buy in the stores is just like any old hot chocolate. These, as she says, are 10 steps above any hot chocolate she’s ever tasted. In her words, this is what adult hot chocolate should taste like. She jokingly says that her addiction is compared to that of an addiction to crack. With a taste like this, for any of those that are having problems with the hot chocolate clumping, and these reviews should do what they have to do to be able to drink such a good hot chocolate, I mean, cutting open the pod and putting it into a mug doesn’t seem like such a ordeal to me. It’s too hard to find a good hot chocolate as this one, so do what you have to to have that enjoyable cup.

I should have read the description better. I wanted a box of coffee. I didn't realize that this was almost purely hot chocolate plus some cappuccino pods. (warning: the Oatmilk Latte pods WILL increase the volume of the water. Brew slightly less water or you're gonna have a mess or a tough to carry cup of cappuccino.) I've tried most of the flavors, and I must admit, it's some good hot chocolate. Quite tasty, and some are very creamy and rich. If you like hot chocolate, this is a great variety pack. I gave it 4 stars, mostly because being non-coffee pods, the pods are nearly empty of product when finished brewing, but the design allows the needle to protrude far enough to leave liquid still in the bottom of the pod, making a small mess when you change it out. I highly recommend pulling the used pod before removing your cup. Be careful. It's boiling hot. I also noticed one of the pods seemed to have melted some after brewing, which is concerning, especially with microplastics being ubiquitous these days. Overall, I quite enjoy the hot chocolate, and the lattes/cappuccino. If you're NOT looking for coffee, this is a good value for sure.

I didn't like the hot chocolate much but there is a nice variety of choices of flavors. It came as described just not my cup of chocolate.

I purchased these thinking that they would be a lot of cappuccinos with few hot chocolates mixed in. It was quite the opposite. Nothing against hot chocolate, but I was looking for a cappuccino/latte variety pack. The flavors have been okay, so far. Nothing to rave about and possibly a little "off" from what I would expect some of them to taste like. Disappointing, but not enough to send it back. Probably will not re-order due to the hot chocolate imbalance.

I regrettably ignored the reviews that complained about these and took a leap of faith that maybe they just got a bad batch or something. But Unless I too got a bad batch, which I don't think is the case, these are a huge waste of money. These are powdered instant hot beverages in k-cups, which is typical for this kind of hot beverages. The problem is the product within the k-cup doesn't actually mix with the water as it flows through the k-cup. So after your brew cycle, the cup is left with a majority of the product sill in the k-cup and your drink is watery and has very little of the mix in it. Of the ten or so cups I've made so far, that has been the case every single time. I've reached the point now where I don't even use the cup in my Keurig, I just cut it open and dump the contents of the k-cup into my mug and use the Keurig for hot water, the stir with a spoon. Needing to do that to get the full benefit, you would save a lot of money by just buying instant hot chocolate mixes and skipping the Keurig entirely. Do yourself a favor and just avoid these, they aren't worth it.

Really good and very affordable coffee. Good enough for me to cancel several other coffee subscriptions and switch solely to this product. The coffee tastes great and I'm enjoying the flavored coffees and hot chocolate here during the winter months. They work perfectly in my coffee maker which is not always the case with non-certified brands.
