Is this intended to use w/ powder / mineral foundations ? or best for just liquid / cream ?

It’s the best for powder mineral foundation! I have the BM brushes meant for mineral foundation but this works the best. I don’t need to work the powder in as much and it comes out more natural and smoother in less time. I’m about to buy another.

I need a small brush to carry in my blush compact. What is the size of this brush? I need one no longer than 2 3/4 inches.

It's 4 1/2 inches long and 3 1/2 inches in circumference - don't think that will fit in a normal sized blush compact.
