No smell or burning - a good light blonde
I’m not a professional, but I don’t find this difficult to use. I mix the colourant with INOA developer and leave on for 30’. Totally unscented, gentle colouring experience. I will never go back to the stinking, stinging ones! 10.21 is a very light blonde: colour-wise, it’s pretty much the same as the ones you get in the shops. On dark blonde hair you’ll get a bright, light blonde, not too brassy but not as pure as bleach. A good way of lightening your roots, if bleached hair is growing out. Very satisfied.

Genuine INOA hair dye
Quick delivery and great product. Had to buy this when my local hair trade shop stopped stocking this colour. L'oreal Inoa is a professional hair dye so I do not recommend using if you are not trained - this will not lighten dark hair, it is a permanent dye not a lightener. Will definitely be repurchasing.

Great product
I started using this product when I went from blonde to red and it gave me hair a great colour and condition. When I went back blonde again and got back to the colour I wanted, I started colouring my hair at home and use this product all the time. It’s easy and safe to use on your hair. I don’t use anything else.
