An awesome addition!
Absolutely love this thing! Perfect solution to more storage. Installs fairly easily. Velcro can be cinched up pretty tight. I have no sag like others have mentioned. I did not put the biggest pouch on. I am using that elsewhere in the TJ. You can organize and arrange the pouches as you want. I did drill a couple holes to mount my GMRS radio, speaker and mic holder. A Spiderwebshade fits perfectly over top with no problem.

Love it
Great product.Love it.

Save your money
It needs some better engineering for the cost, velcro isn't the best and hangs down right out of box

Metal molle panel easy to install
Bought for my 1997 TJ. The jeep has a new aftermarket soft top on it. After the first heavy rain, water pooled above the front seats. This panel sits high enough to keep this from happening spring the center of the soft top above the center console. The installation was easy. The front bracket trips the existing loop in the top inside of the windshield frame and uses band (hose) clamps to affix the rear to the overhead roll bar. I haven't attached the molle panel to it yet. It is one large velcro panel that covers the entire metal panel. You can't use individual molle attachments when using the provided velcro panel. The storage pouches that come with it only attach via the velcro. The metal molle panel is worth the cost even if you don't use the velcro molle soft panel. The included panels seem to be of good variety to carry what you need.

Not MOLLE, not useful
Dishonest advertising. The word MOLLE is thrown around the description, but it is not MOLLE compatible. The metal panel has slots in it, which are too wide to accommodate a MOLLE pouch. The fabric attachment is velcro...no MOLLE. The included pouches are "MOLLE pouches" only in the sense that you can mount an actual MOLLE pouch to the bottom of 1/5 velcro pouches. The others are just cheap fabric with a velcro back.A "MOLLE panel" should have MOLLE webbing on the panel, allowing the user to mount any MOLLE accessories they choose. This will mount only velcro, which is not nearly as useful. The people who designed this product and it's description should be flogged. They could have made the metal slots fit MOLLE accessories, or sewn MOLLE webbing onto the nylon panel. They did neither, and created an almost useless product.

Easy to install and good
Took me 20 min by myself to install.Put 2 hose clamps on bar, loose. Install front part and then slide clamps in groves.Tighten front piece then back 2 clamps and that’s it.

Nice shelf, poor/inaccurate instructions & engineering
I love using wasted space so this overhead option is awesome! The metal came bent, probably due to shipping but a rawhide hammer straightened it back out. The instructions are not accurate, mine called for a 4mm hex and it was actually a 3mm...called for a Phillips screwdriver but took a standard. All minor issues but shows some poor quality control somewhere, either in parts used or the instructions not being updated. The engineering of how it's installed is speculative IMHO. The rear attaches around the cross rollbar simply with hose clamps. Not sure how I feel about that but I guess it's nice not drilling into your vehicle which may have been the intention. The front bracket simply rests on the windshield tie-down and a minor inverse angle to the windshield frame itself. I may make a cross bracket that uses the bolts for the windshield tie down to add to the stability because as it is now the front rattles. The lock on bracket I received was not bent to align with the holes or the diameter of the windshield tie down bracket. I had to bend and "squish" the bracket using vice grips and pliers. Once I got that all fixed (if you don't have arm strength, good luck!) The screws finally caught and went in. I worry about the tapped threads in the metal bracket but for a flush finish I see why they designed it this way. All in all, worth keeping and maybe will have to modify it later but a good start.
