I used this a few weeks ago as a keep the tank in good working condition remedy, our tank has not been emptied for at least 30 years plus and only recently has there been traces of any odour in a very minor way. I used this and all traces of odour have disappeared. We have always been conscious of what we put down the plug hole or toilets, no bleaches or anything harmful to kill the bugs. There are plenty of product's out there that help achieve that.
