Was incredibly dubious about this oil confident it was “fake news”, but it really does help you relax just that wee bit and typically helps me get to sleep about an hour earlier than I normally would and that’s a massive improvement for me. Everyone reacts to things differently so you won’t know if it works for you until you try it.

Absolutely brilliant for sleep...soothing. relaxing... I'm out all night after 10 minutes or so... Only thing is I wish the roller worked better. I take the roller off as not enough dispenses out.

The oils are great and love the smell of it. The spray could be a bit stronger with the smell as it seems to disappear quite quickly on my pillow, but is a great sleep aid to help me sleep. Backed up with the roller and massage oil, this is a positive sleeping aid

The mixture of essential oils wasn't for me. I think it's the camomile I didn't like. So I'm going to stick with This Works products for sleep aromatherapy. I was hoping this would work as a replacement for the This Works lavendar roller but with the other smells, it wasn't what I was looking for. That being said it's well worth trying. Good value for money with a good amount that will last a long time and can help sleep.

Nice smell but the soray finished after few uses - perhaps wasn't full or it sprayed too much of the liquid.
