This pan has literally changed my cooking life! I am following a diet that requires me to use only a low calorie oil spray to cook and I was getting very frustrated with my previous pans and all of my food sticking to it. This pan means that I can cook absolutely anything, including things that need caramelising, and nothing sticks to it. I have not had to soak this pan once and even a gentle clean removes everything in one easy move. I have even cooked a fried egg with no oil at all and it slid straight out of the pan. Everything cooks evenly and more quickly too! I did follow the instructions to season it before using but have not done anything else to keep it in tip top condition. This pan is definitely my best buy of the year!!! Buy it now!!

I have already had the smaller size pan for quite some time and have found it to be exactly what I hoped. With that experience I bought the larger size. First of all I would say it is extremely important to season the pan as stated in the instructions, but that is the case with many pans. I have had no problems at all with sticking. I've cooked many things in it and they have all been perfect without any oil or fat at all (fried eggs, pancakes, omelettes, bacon, sausages etc). The other benefit is that it cooks evenly across the full surface of the pan. That helps someone like me who is culinary challenged and needs all the help they can get. I would definitely recommend this item, but I would add that it is slightly heavy which may be a problem for some.

I was gifted an amazingly lovely pan by my son. It is a lovely thing, has a lid, and I make most things requiring a meat, veg, sauce in it. It was very expensive. Alas, it is a pain to cook eggs in! So, a bacon and egg pan that didn’t cause a meltdown was essential. I’m still reserving full judgement on this coppery pan. Yes, it is easy to clean, and yes, it does do eggs ok. Meaty things, I really have to watch, it seems to want to burn them, salmon darnes, didn’t look right! So far I’m only using it for sausages ( very carefully) and fried eggs, which I like to do with a cover, so have to improvise. It was reasonably priced, so I’m ok with using it for such a few things. I’m still using my fancy pan for nearly everything else. Durability, no idea, haven’t had it long enough. Oh, and it is light enough for me to handle without being silly light, and handle is comfortable. Yes, good as an extra pan! 4 stars.

Bought this pan in November 2025 and was convinced by all the postive reviews. For the first two months it was great—eggs slid around effortlessly and cleaning was easy. Now, everything sticks. Fried eggs cling on like they’ve signed a long-term lease, and cleaning the pan has turned into a 30 minute full upper-body workout. Naturally, I contacted customer services, who suggested I “season” the pan. Fair enough—I gave it more seasoning than a Sunday roast. Once. Twice. Multiple times. Despite the pan being the worlds' best seasoned pan it is still absolutely useless. So, I went back to JML, pointing out their bold claim: “100% money back guarantee… full refund within 1 year if not satisfied.” Well, here I am, not 100% satisfied (arguably 0% satisfied at this point), still within the year… and (after a long and frustrating interaction with jml) suddenly that guarantee has vanished faster than the non-stick AND they refuse to return or replace this disaster of a pan. At this stage, the pan’s primary function is decorative. It serves a good reminder to not believe everything I read online. If you’re after a pan that works brilliantly for 8 weeks and then transitions into a permanent grubby art piece—this is the one. If you’re also a fan of “guarantees” that don’t actually guarantee anything, even better.
