I got my ladybugs yesterday. I was worried about them making it while in the mail but this seller is good! I wrote to him or her asking about it and they said at this time of year they speed up the shipping so these little guys make it to their new home faster and sure enough they did and they were OK. We released them and they were hungry and thirsty! They went to work right away on the afids (sp?) the white little bugs on my roses. It rained (POURED) about an hour after releasing them but they were still there munching away today. Thank you for a good experience!! For others who get them make sure you dont use chemicals before releasing them, and release them right away. They were hungry and thirsty. One was on my hand and I had a droplet of water on my hand from the rain earlier. This little lady bug went to the droplet and started drinking. I always loved Ladybugs. And they are saving my roses!!

I don’t typically write reviews but this time I needed to make a comment. Ordered these little guys a few days ago with some trepidation. I live in South Texas and it’s already pretty warm. Had some real concerns that live bugs would cook by the time they arrived at my house. Nope! They arrived this afternoon, (earlier than expected, so watch for them) and I immediately brought them inside. Opened the box and pulled the mesh envelope containing the ladybugs out of the box. They immediately started running around inside the mesh. Took them outside and sprinkled them around my garden. I didn’t see a single dead one in the entire envelope! They were climbing around my plants from the minute I dumped them out. Super impressed! Fingers crossed that the aphids on my milkweed plants are on the ladybug menu.

Absolutely the best source for Ladybugs. Well packaged with instructions and a catalog. I ordered several 300-count packages and they were released over several evenings at dusk onto hibiscus plants; all Ladybugs were healthy and active within 5 minutes of being out of the refrigerator.

I got the live Ladybugs and put them in my garden but within 3 days, I could not find a single one of them because mostly all of them had flown away. I had started to see some fly away as I was letting them out of the mesh bag but was hopeful that some of them would stick around for a little while at least. I wrote to the company about it but 'never' received a single reply back from them.Ladybug houses as advertised are at least $30 and up, but I doubt if it would have made any difference if I had one there before I purchased the ladybugs.I might try again next year to order more than 300 and maybe have a ladybug house in place to try to retain some of them in my garden especially needed for my approximately 20 rose bushes.So if you buy ladybugs, buy at your own risk.

Ordered the 300 pack. Arrived in a cardboard live animal box. Nicely labeled. Inside a long with the ladies was and excellent arrival card explaineing basic handling and care. The outstanding part was the included Ladybug book! Great info and detailed care, feeding, expectations for a healthy garden.

Do not buy these. I prefer 300 got less than 150 and only 19 survived. I’m requesting a refund.

All lady bugs were alive and wellI love the book that was included!! So smart, I will order more from this company as I have learned so much from the booklet. Inspired to start my own worm farm ;)

Followed the directions about refrigeration and release, and in each pack of ladybugs, I found at least 1/3 dead. The rest all flew away within days of each pack being released and didn’t eat the spider mites like I’d hoped
