I've read other reviews and suspect that these rival nasal pillows for the P10 system will work well for many and not-so-well for others. I was very skeptical. But they're working for me very well. I found it a little tougher to get them to fit into the headgear. But once they were locked in, no problem. I had to adjust my straps on the headgear to loosen them slightly. I suspect that may be the problem for those complaining these nasal pillows "collapsed" on them. I will definitely buy more when they become available again. Glad to see competition bringing down exorbitant prices.

These fit me well and provide great airflow. Relative to other brands, a little more durable as well. My favorite nasal pillows.

I ordered the size medium, and as soon as I took it out of the packaging, I could tell that the holes looked a little too large - it looked like the Resmed size large! But I used it anyway, and sure enough, it was just slightly too big. A tiny steady stream of air kept leaking out of the nostril holes, which I could stop if I moved it slightly, but then it would start again if I shifted even a little bit to a different position. Kept waking up from the leaking air. Maybe the size small would have worked for me if their sizing just runs a little large, but I think I'm just going to bite the bullet and go back to original Resmed product, even though it seems overpriced for what it is. Turns out, a good night's sleep is more important to me than saving few bucks on supplies.

I am so glad I took a chance on this “off brand” nasal pillow. I’ve been using the Airfit P10 for almost 10 years now and I’ve often struggled to breath if I was the least bit stuffed up. But, I could never do a full face mask, so I just struggled all these years. I decided to give this brand a try since it claimed to have greater air flow for easier breathing. And it does!! The fit is just like the OEM nasal pillow, but I can breath so much easier with this one. It’s amazing the difference.

The nose pillows are too maleable. The pressure from the cpap will inflate them basically to tubes and then seal will not hold well. Good for back sleepers, maybe not so much for side sleepers with the mask moving.

These nasal cushions are a great find for me. I'm claustrophobic and need to feel the airflow coming from my mask, the larger holes in these cushions do just that. I've only used them for a week so I can't speak to their durability, but they seem the same as the OEM ones. They actually fit into the short hose better than OEM ones. Oh, another review said they didn't think these would work for side sleepers, I am a side sleeper. Hope this is helpful for others.
