Howard Cutting Board Oil BBB012 Food Safe Mineral Oil for Butcher Blocks, Bread Boards, Chopping Boards, Kitchen Worktops and Wooden Tools 355ml

Love this oil. I use it on my oak worktop/ kitchen sink drainer, my solid wood vanity unit in down stairs cloak room, should oak plinths, kick boards under kitchen units and not forgetting the chopping board. Great stuff. Not messy either.

This is perfect for kitchen worktops and of course wood chopping boards. Seems to sink into the wood fairly quickly. It doesn't take long to dry and leaves no stickiness or odour. Easy to use and good value.

Very good product. A little goes a long way. Treats wooden kitchen boards with plenty of TLC and brings them up like new. So easy to use. I usually prop up my treated boards so the oil can freely soak in overnight.

Seems okay, I don't have other oil to compare it too but it seems to have oiled my wooden chopping board. Star lost as it's American and imported, there's plenty made here I could have ordered it I knew rather than sending liquids from the us to UK.

I would recommend this oil for all wooden food surfaces.

Used after refurnishing my thick wood cutting board. I didn't want any kind of stain that would affect the original colour. I did leave each coat 24 hours to be absorbed and dry before applying the next one. I would also Sugest applying a minimum of three coats if you sand the chopping board first. The finished board looked as good as the day I purchased it several years ago. I would buy the product again.

Extremely fast delivery. After neglecting my bamboo chopping board & utensils for just over 18 months this product was just what they needed. Easy to use, however did find that after wiping off the excess it still felt oiling so left them airing over night & everything had been absorbed into the wood even after washing up multiple times the treatment has remained in the wood.

I'm sure there is cheaper food grade mineral oil, but I have used the Howard's for a number of cutting boards and blocks. Works well for me and I trust it.

Es de buena calidad y sirve para diferentes usos, no solo para mantener la madera en buen estado, tal vez pueda parecer un poco caro pero si no tienes la facilidad de conseguir otra mejor opción donde vives (como en mi caso) , este aceite es excelente.

Nice product. I’ve used it on 3 different wooden kitchen implements (spoon, cutting board and bowl). It gives them a nice luster.
