These are so easy to use and I get to make cute hand pies for my family

But I wish it came with directions.

I have had a difficult time getting these to provide the wonderful turnovers shown in the ad. On the other hand, they are great cookie cutters.

Recommend using pre-made pie dough but do not roll out to maintain thickness.Use cooking spray on both top and bottom of pie maker before placing crust in for fillingA technique that came about after experimentation is to press the edges of the bottom to the outside of the ruffled edge and then gently push the center in to eliminate air, ensuring the dough continues to go all the way to the outside of the ruffled edge of the pressRecommend using approximately 2 tbsp regular pie filling using your favorite recipe or out of a can. If using fruit such as apples cut in smaller pieces than you would for a regular pieDip your finger in water and run around the edge of the bottom before placing the top onThen firmly squeeze the top and bottom togetherBrush with egg white, mixed with water and sprinkle with turbinado sugarPreheat oven to 425 and place pies into the oven, immediately turning down to 350 and bake for approximately 25 minutes.Hope that helps!

Great buy for the price

They were delayed in delivery...tracking was worthless so didn't give location where they were delayed....or why......6 days late and are cracked plastic.....I tried to use them, they don't seal and you can't get them out of the form.

Love these, so cute!!!!
