Can i get replacement of suction cups? Mine have suddenly lost their suction and are not sticking anymore.

I had the same problem. Unfortunately, the answer appears to be, "no." That is why I bought new caddies.

Is this suitable for wetwall ?

If it has a smooth surface as wetwall should then it should hold well. I fitted them to a surface similar to wetwall 6 months ago and none have moved.

Do they work on pvc bathroom panels?

Only Fit for any NON-POROUS & SMOOTH surface . CANNOT maintain on porous or rough surfaces: Marble, Fiberglass, Paint wall, Porcelain , Nano Tiles , Plaster and wood , or across grout lines.When you install the suction cups make sure turn the knob with 7 circles to form the vacuum.This product not work by the sticky but the vacuum.The sticky rubber can help you easier to place the suction cups.

Are replacement suction cups provided if I have problems getting this to stay in place?

Replacements don’t come with it. Be warned get it in the right place first time. It does stick firmly. ( make sure the surface is clean and smooth) It could be difficult to re position. If you have trouble contact the manufacturer.

Just falls off avoid!

Fallen off the wall three times in two days despite the correct fitment. Absolutely useless!Next time listen to the area where it states “frequently returned” from Amazon before you purchase is only positive out of this and thus the one star. Would’ve given it zero stars if I could. Returning item!
