Best £100 I've ever spent
I've had this for just under a week now and I have to say im very impressed. I returned an android box that I had purchased and I'm so glad that I did. The mini PC runs extremely well and is much better than I hoped it would be, with a fully activated copy of Windows 10 Home. The case is some form of soft to the touch Matt black material, very nice and avoids fingerprint marks! So far with regards to games I've managed to play Modern Combat 5, Asphalt 8, Roblox & Sonic Dash using an copycat Xbox wireless controller which was picked up and configured without issue. Its streams well from Netflix using the Netflix App, Amazon Video via the Amazon site, but Now TV doesn't work great because the app is awful. That's an issue with the app developer, however. Popcorn Time works great for movies and TV.It's runs the Project64 Nintendo 64 emulator really well and I've had a brief play through Super Mario 64 which looks great on screen and plays really smooth. I've also played through a few NES and Mega Drive games via Retroarch. I've also installed an Android emulator so I can install Android apps and run them if required.I've added an SD card and have most things installed to that (standard sized SD card, it will take a micros card using a micro-SD card adapter). The only downside for me is I wish I'd gone for a version with 64gb of built in storage, as Windows 10 and the usual Microsoft updates kill the 32gb of storage, so I'm mainly using the C:\ drive for Windows and it's updates. The 4gb of installed RAM is fine for my needs, I wouldn't attempt to use the 2GB RAM version. You could easily also add an external HDD or USB flash drive to it as it has 3 USB ports (2x USB.0 and 1x USB 3.0). I have 2 USB ports in use with a Keyboard dongle and game pad dongle, so I could in essence still add more external storage in addition to the SD card.Overall I'm more than happy with this purchase, best £100 I've ever spent. It does so much, in such a tiny package.

Great product, some expertise required for certain applications.
I was cursing it for a while, simply because I didn't want the latest version of windows....there's not enough space to install the Win 10 creator update, you have to go to the manufacturs website to get a new windows image and follow some complicated procedure to install it. I only wanted it to make a cheap NAS and also a PLEX server. I ignore any messages about windows update.Eventually with a few registry tweaks (irpstacksize and lanman server parameters, to allow android boxes et al to see it and it's files properly). It needs these tweaks because unusually the registry is missing these parameters, so they need to be created and then given the right values. Once done this thing functions superbly as a NAS and Plex server. I already have 16 terrabytes in 5 drives connected to it and can add more when needed. File transfer speeds (write to the fanless PC drives) are around 80mB/s, which is great (gigabit ethernet). So if you want a cheap as chips always on NAS with much more flexibility and ultra low power conumption.....look no further.

No HD space
Bought this a year ago, since install it has had the following issues.1 - very quickly ran out of hard drive space. Even just running W10 alone without other software it was a bit tight but with some basic musts like chrome, VLC and winamp. I have literally only installed 4 programs and its virtually out of HD space.2 - Wifi reception is utter garbage. Don't bother turning it on.3 - Processor has all the power of a hamster skeleton on its wheel. opening windows features takes ages let alone Youtube homepage. When patching and downloading gets very hot.4- Finally and most annoyingly, the windows 10 code unverified itself after the first big patch. Tried everything but only showed as genuine when I used a code I bought months ago for another PC I was going to build.

Good little machine for lightweight work.
This is a nice little machine, it runs silently and costs less than the individual cost of a Windows 10 Pro license that it comes pre-installed with.Don't expect it to be blindingly fast but it is more than capable for doing a bit of email, surfing the web or listening to a streaming radio station. It copes quite happily with office apps as well. The only really downside is the storage capacity which makes updates a bit of a challenge. The 1803 update from Microsoft killed the machine and I needed to re-install it from an ISO image however as soon as I contacted minisforum for a licence key (it does not come in the box) I got a swift response from them with a key and full instructions on how to do the rebuild including links to the drivers which I thought was great service. If these machines had 64GB or even a 128GB SSD in them they would be even better.

Windows 10 activation is a hassle
Update: After a bit of back and forward posting on the manufacturers forum, I have eventually got an activation code and now the PC seems to be working ok. If you get one of these, be prepared for having to get drivers from the website after updates have run, but they are cheap. Previous review: This came with a version of Windows 10 that need to be activated, but there is seemingly no means to do so without help from the manufacturer. I have tried requesting the necessary code from the manufacturer, but no response so far, after several days. If it doesn't appear soon I will have to return the PC, as without a legal version of Windows it is useless, not fit for purpose and not as described.
