Q: Can you add lentils to your soup and get them properly cooked? I have heard that, because lentils take a long time to cook, it is not possible to add

I think it would be best to soak them first thats what we do and they cook and makes great soup.

We frequently have this problem - every 2 - 3 uses. You need to clean the electrical contacts: prongs under the stainless steel jug; prongs where lid fits onto the jug

It has uk power socket only but I’m sure you can get an adapter. It is a fantastic soup maker.best that I have had.
