No this is usb or phono connection only. Either to dj mixer or computer via usb for recording. Phono you can connect to hifi amp with phono or line imput.

Just bought a new amp with no phono input, does this turntable have a built in pre amp and can i connext to any input, aux for example?

yes the dj plx 500 has a pre amp to use with line level inputs (switchable on back), if not using for dj'ing I would suggest getting thick rubber turntable mat, it only comes with a slip type mat.

What are the actual dimensions of the turntable? Someone said they had used the box dimensions, not the actual turntable

They're about the same size as the Technics 1210's are.
