Weber Crafted Rotisserie Crisping Basket – Stainless‑Steel Rotisserie Basket with Removable Divider for Even Crisping

Have done peppers, really enjoy chicken wings in it! Simple and easy to use, kind of a pain to clean but another great tool in the weber arsenal!

Took a star off only because it's really hard to get clean. Honestly, that's probably not fair, it's just the reality of the materials used. But it makes incredibly good wings!

Large capacity, great design. easy access to buckles which I can unclip even when hot without gloves, Buckles location and design allow quickly flick it open before burning fingers. I used to grill my veggies in an open top basket, having to stand next to it making sure it doesn't get burned unevenly, now only doing it in this on rotisserie. Yes, cleaning is a pain, but so was the opentop basket. Get some Dawn ultra foam to clean it.

This worked like a champ! This will be my go-to for game days! for sure!

if you have a grill with a rotisserie and you don't have one of these, you are missing out big time. Yesterday I rotisseried a chicken. I thought I would put this basket around the chicken and then add some vegetables (carrots, peppers, onions to the the basket (about half way through the rotisserie process). Man were they good. The juices dripping from the chicken kept the vegetables nice and moist and the flavor was outstanding. The chicken was good too! I will definitely do that again. The basket is well made and the delivery was outstanding (less than two days).
