This is the best investment that I’ve ever made when it comes down to you women support lol I will do this again. In fact, I will buy this for all of my friends and family members who deal with menstrual cramps and back pain. I’m not quite sure why people say that it doesn’t last but it does . The quality is great & for us Fluffy women lol IT DEFINITELY WORKS FOR US !! I will say that it gets really hot so you don’t have to put it directly on your skin ! Also it isn’t bulky it’s very cute size , you can put it in your purse and take it with you everywhere . I wore it at work and ITS BEEN GREAT THUS FAR! I’ll be back with a review in a month or two to see if it’s still amazing !

I’m absolutely in love with this heating pad. It’s compact, lightweight, and provides just the right amount of heat. The added vibration feature makes it even more effective and soothing. What I really appreciate is how well it stays in place—the stretchy belt wraps comfortably around your waist and gives a secure, snug fit. I used it for a lower back injury, and it truly made a difference. It’s rechargeable, incredibly convenient, and small enough to fit in your purse, so you can take it anywhere. Plus, it’s stylish and cute, which is a nice bonus. Overall, I give it a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend it.

I’ve tried a few of these, but this portable heating pad is by far the best one I’ve used. The design is so convenient, and it actually delivers on power. Why I highly recommend it: * Dual Modes: I love that the heat and vibration functions are independent. Being able to use them individually or together depending on what I need is a huge plus. * Serious Heat: This thing gets very hot, which is exactly what you want. Honestly, even Level 2 is more than enough to get the job done, so there is plenty of power to spare. * Portable & Effective: It’s easy to use on the go, and the temperature stays consistent and soothing. If you’re looking for a portable heating pad that actually has some "oomph" to it, this is an absolute must-buy.

This is a great product if you have a lot of pain and need some relief as an active person.However , there are a few issues I would like to point out . The first issue is that it is way too easy to accidentally change the temperature setting for the first day.I thought it was malfunctioning because the temperature kept changing or turning off but I realized I was unconsciously pressing it against my abdomen and changing the temperature settings. The second concern I have is that on day 4, after purchasing it.The belt and Clip seems to be finicky and losing its ability to close.I will monitor this over the next several days. Other than that , this device has been amazing. Please make a silicone cover thats transparent maybe different colors so I can wear it on a walk and not worry about a few rain drops or spills . The decorative lights are optional and they explain how to turn them off in the instructions. Long press the massage function, short press the massage button a few times until the lights turn off, and then long press the massage button again to turn the massage function off. This product is a game changer for me. Heat has been amazing for easing my menstrual cramps, and works better for me than ibuprofen. Back when I was working an office job I would use a disposable water bottle, fill it up partly with cold water, and then fill the rest with hot water from the dispenser. Later on I upgraded to a hot water bag. While it worked, it had a host of issues. I would have to wait for the water to heat in my electric kettle, carefully pour near boiling water into the small hole of the water bag, pile on layers of clothing between the bag and my skin or wait for it to be a usable temperature, and then it would cool down quickly I would have to restart the process. Pouring water into a cup while experiencing debilitating cramps is difficult enough, let alone near boiling water into a small hole. This heating pad gives me instant adjustable heat. There's no risk of burning my hands, and a much lower risk of burning my stomach. I love that I can wear it vs having to hold it in place. I chose this product over others because it had a good price point and it was a nice size. It covers the entire area that I experience pain. I can't speak to the longevity of the product because I haven't had it for that long, but I was able to use it for several hours without recharging it. It has already made my period so much more bearable.

This was a fantastic product for my wife and her time of the month but also when she gets home from work. She is an RN and constantly having to strain her back as I'm sure most nurses do, not just physically but mentally as well lol. Pros: She said the heat is pretty intense, so work your way up to max if you need but is quick and to the point on the areas she needs it. She can use this at work when she's charting to help as well or lay on the couch if she wants/needs to be a couch tater. The vibration is quiet and strong for the back depending on the level which really help the low back muscles. I definitely would recommend this to anyone that uses heating bags of beans or rice in a sock. The cons: The battery life and the lights... at full charge and medium heat only, the device may last about 30 min or so but you could probably get away with having a little portable battery backup (those are cheap) but still could be better in that area. The led lights are a bit annoying but cool at the same time, I really wish that there was a way you could turn them off. Not only to save battery but also, it can be annoying at times if you in a dark room reading or watching a movie together. Other than that, buy this guy's! Your wife will thank you!

Very nice wearable heating pad. It's a perfect size to not be completely in the way. It has 4 vibration settings you can hear them in the video. It is an intense vibration you can feel right through your clothes. It has 4 heat settings and it changes heat in 2 seconds noticeably. the strap is easy to adjust and stays inplace when being worn without to much bending around. The battery lifelasts a long time it used it 2 consecutive times until it auto shut off so far without charging it when I received it. My only drawback is i wish it wasn't a stiff hard bulkier plastic piece so I could wear it on other parts of my body too and have it conform to the shape. Overall a good heating pad to wear on the go.

I recommend this heating pad! It works well for soothing cramps. The only reason I don't give 4 stars is that the battery dies pretty quickly (only lasts about 30-45 mins) and it is not safe to use it while charging. That being said, it lasts longer than other heating products would, so I think it is worth the investment.
