Disregard my previous answer R/E 2 brushes. Those are for a power scrubber. The RotoScrub is a brush attached to a shaft that fits into a hand drill. The bristles are 3 inch in diameter x 3 1/4 inch in length. The bristles measure 1 inch in length and are medium stiff. The overall length of brush head and shaft is 9 inch. I believe these are the measurements that you requested.

After viewing the electric bottle cleaner carefully, no, the brush attachment will not fit it. The shank on the brush and the cleaner are completely incompatible.

I would describe them as medium stiff. Definitely not soft but there are stiffer bristles around. I use mine for cleaning alloy wheels and they are great for that
