This item is not even good for a beginner, the paint dries on impact of the water it’s sticky. You can’t even use a cocktail stick to even do the marbling because the product dries so fast not a good product. It cakes up on the product that you’re dipping really fast. Not worth spending your money.

You can’t do anything with it. It is dry before I touch it. It bunches up on ur project and ruins it.I was very, ver disappointed. I ruined two candles trying it.So don’t purchase, I got what I paid for, not always the case. But this time…… for sure. Now I must purchase again in hopes it may work.Listen to reviews. Excellent article

One bottle came without a dropper cap. It would be easier to use these paints if they were in squeeze bottles. Had to shake them rather forcefully to get some of them to come out. Overall, they accomplished what we needed.

Changing my review on these. I agreed with 100% of the people that said it was kicking way to fast (forming a film on the surface of the water) so after doing some testing, (a lot), if you ad a bit of good old fashioned paint thinner, it triples (at least) the working time. Now the product is very usable and works well. i found adding 1 part thinner to 4 parts paint worked well enough for me. Careful with the neon's, the pigment dilutes if you over thin, they still work, but they get a bit pastel. 3 parts paint 1 part thinner works well for the primaries. Im giving 4 stars due to the fact that they should come prepared for a bit more working time.

I ordered these to refill product I was running low on. I have used this for decorating several different types of items. It always comes out beautiful. These are very easy to learn how to use.

I watched a lot of tutorials and made sure to follow every direction to the letter (even so far as making sure my water temperature was right) and these didn’t work at all! The paint would instantly start to dry on the water surface and even within the first ten seconds, all I could get were globs of congealed paint on the surface I was trying to dip. After some more investigating, I discovered that all the pigments had globbed together in the bottom of all the bottles and no amount of stirring or shaking even came close to re-suspending them, meaning every bottle was unusable. (…and by the time I figured all this out, I couldn’t even return them…)
