Poor packaging
Great doll but arrived all crushed with the confetti split opened and spilled out of package. I had to return the item. I wish they would put items like this in boxes for shipping. They should know a plastic bag will not keep something from being crushed during shipment.

What I like about the product is that it's beautiful and wonderful to have as a gift for family or a friend. Na Na Na Surprise dolls are awesome and the winter brands are so cute.
