I use one of these every morning to hydrate and for a caffeinated energy boost - 75mg of caffeine is about the same as two cups of coffee so not something to use in the evening. The taste is a bit like flat coke so takes some getting used to but it isn’t unpleasant. Overall these do a great job and are decent value for money.

When plain water just won't cut it, Science in Sport has got you covered! The pill dissolves beautifully. Leaving a delicious source of nutrients and electrolytes in its wake. It really doesn't affect my sleep quality. No stomach issues either. Its cheap enough to subscribe to a bottle monthly. The high quality is that good that I have multiple bottles!

I get a lot of headaches and one of the things that gives me a headache is walking / cycling when it's very hot (ie clearly dehydration related). The summer of 2022 (when temperatures stayed above 30 C for several weeks) was very tough so I thought about what might help and, after looking at various rehydration products, I gave these a try. I haven't had a dehydration headache since (now there's a claim)! What's more; I noticed I didn't get the weariness I associate with getting very hot (again clearly dehydration) any more. I always drink a lot of water when I'm walking / cycling in the heat (my target is 500ml per half hour, which is quite a lot) so my problem wasn't lack of water, I believe it was loss of salts. I now put one of these tablets in my first (500ml) bottle of water when it's warm outside, and if it's hot I put another tablet in my second bottle as well... it makes my exercise / journey less weary and therefore more enjoyable (and did I mention NO headaches). The cola taste is OK (not great but not awful - although my 22 year old son preferred the berry flavour). All in all: great product, which I buy routinely now.

Partner rides a bicycle to and from work 18 miles in total a day. He suffered from cramp really badly each evening. Since using these he doesn't get cramp at all. He makes up 2l a day and has had no issues. Been using for a year now. Perfect and worth the price.

Good product and very refreshing

Im a road cyclist and use this product everytime I ride. Its easy to drink and tastes like cola, so it has that tendency to sit in your mouth with its sweet residue and flavour, but it your ride often, and on long distances I take plain water too, so that I can change the taste in my mouth. However its worth noting that ive had other flavours too and they all do it, not just the Cola.
