I love this. Its really easy to use and you can make that latte type coffee quite easily. The milk heats and froths very quickly. All in all very happy and I would recommend it to any other 'posh' coffee lovers out there.

I received an unsolicited Email from the seller softly pressurising me (in incorrectly constructed English) into reviewing their product after I had already done so of my own volition. Well, if those people at GemEView wish to hustle me I can only react by updating my review. They do what they are designed to do but just try cleaning one afterwards. I bought this as a present for my brothers family but my own one has a black non-stick coating which highlights all the remaining little patches of bacteria collecting in left-behind milk skin after you feel absolutely convinced that you've already cleaned it meticulously ( the ones with 'GemEView's' finish may not visually highlight that problem as well as mine did as it doesn't have a black background ). Most of the trouble with cleaning these is the narrow diameter and it's corresponding depth that is beyond the attentions of all but a child's hands in order to manually clean it properly. Washing-up brushes won't get into the corners and you are left with a ritual of cleaning and re-cleaning until you eventually get properly cleaned results. There are many different finishes to these frothers from ( seemingly) different branded companies but they are all basically the same device, with exactly the same dimensions, creating the same cleaning problem once you've acquired one and used it. Yes, they heat and froth up your milk but are mind bogglingly annoying to clean properly to acceptable standards of hygiene afterwards. In fact the hygiene issue was so concerning for me that I couldn't be bothered with the thing after 5 or 6 uses. The novelty soon becomes a nonsense.Eamonn

Love this simple little gadget. Very stylish and easy to use and clean. Takes less than two minutes to create a very frothy cup of coffee. Love it!

Its as simple as it can be. Simply put in milk and wait for 1minute. Warms the milk or do without warming. Does as intended. No problems.

Not very good it burns the milk and not very hot

It’s already broken, 2 months after buying. And it looks like I can’t ask for a repair or replacement.

1 small mug capacity.Doesn't heat the milk to hot but just warm which is on the downside for me.Nice and small machine. Does not take up room on your counter.Easy to clean.
