Poor quality. A one time use gun
That one star is based upon the weight of the gun.My wife and I went to the yard to get used to these through target practice.We used them one time. We each fired 4 shots.The magazines were never able to get ejected after that and my wife is very disappointed in your product.We wanted something reliable.Thanks for wasting our time.Guess we should've just got real guns.

Very good performance with a bit of a learning curve
For the price I think this is a very effective pepper launcher pistol. Very accurate and packs a punch. You must correctly follow the instructions for safety, magazine loading and unloading for it to work properly. I did have to adjust the CO2 canister screw on the bottom so it would puncture the canister before using the pistol. After firing 4 pepper balls at my target, I got itchy watery eyes and experienced an uncontrollable cough from the pepper residue when I went to inspect my target. Make sure you get .43 caliber projectiles for this or they will not fit.

Poor Design
If the magazine is full, the only way to eject it is by emptying the magazine which can only be accomplished by shooting the projectiles. Not a great option If the magazine is full of the pepper rounds. Perhaps you want to keep it loaded with the pepper rounds when carrying, but if you want to practice you can't simply eject the magazine when full with either round. Doesn't seem like a well designed product. I like the size, handling and performance, just not the lack of simple interchangeability with the magazine.
