Amazing taste
Arrived well packaged. Lovely bottle. I used this to make a salad dressing. It has an amazing taste and made such a difference to an otherwise average dressing. Will use this from now on and will definitely order again.

Adds taste to so many dishes
This is my 2nd purchase of this sherry vinegar & I wouldn't be without it in my kitchen. I add it to soups, sauces, stews, etc. It is good value for money as you only need a little bit for it to make a big difference.

Flavour
It's OK. it should be cherry vinegar, but it is thin and sour.

The nastiest "Sherry Vinegar" I've ever tasted
While this may technically be a sherry vinegar, it is truly the nastiest I've ever tasted. It is thin and sour - with absolutely no trace of the rich sweetness of even a mid-range product. I will use it for pickling, but that's really all it's good for - definitely one to stay well clear of in your Gazpacho or on your salads. UGH!

Love it!
I like this 20 yr sherry vinegar almost as much as I like the 50 yr from the same company. It makes a wonderful sherry-shallot vinaigrette; especially if you throw in a bit of fresh chopped sorrel, and some xvo garlic olive oil. I will buy this again. And again. And again. It's delightful!

This is the one.
Bought this to make a Serious Eats Squash and Kale salad that calls specifically for sherry vinegar, and it is absolutely delicious. I took this salad to both Thanksgiving and Christmas, and it was my most requested recipe in years. I completely attribute that to this vinegar. It is smooth and tangy without being too sharp. The fragrance is pleasant and enticing. I personally think it is on the mellow side for a vinegar, but delightfully so. It was absolutely perfect for what I needed and worth every cent. I am excited to see what else it transforms from good to wow.

Bland. Has caramel color and sulfur dioxcide added in the ingredients list.
For the price and presentation I expected a decent quality. Not that I am some great foodie expert, I've only had Columela Solera 3 before... which is good. At any rate... they added sulfur dioxcide as an "antioxidant".... what the hell??!! its frickin' vinegar. It was already an antioxidant before they messed with it. No surprise this listing doesn't show the back label that has the ingredients listed. Not that there should be an ingredient list, since it is "frickin' vinegar".
