This is definitely the best office chair I have ever purchased for this price range, it feels like a chair that could easily cost double the amount I paid! Very easy to assemble and comes with simple instructions. Very comfortable and I love the colour. Would recommend to anyone looking for high quality, reasonably priced office chair.

I gave it four stars for easy assembly as its not that easy, its not really hard though and maybe it was something to do with us being a bit non assemblyish people so for others it could be really easy. Its a lovely chair and comfortable to sit in for long periods of time, we have had it since the 6th Nov 2020 and up to day (03/12/2020) there have been no issues at all, its used for around 12-13 hours a day and is not showing any signs of wear, its easy to clean as well, just a damp cloth. Really pleased with the purchase

Arrived on time (very quickly in fact) and the tracking updates were very good. Arrived well packed and it assembled fairly easily. Looks the part, initially very comfortable but after 3 months use the bottom cushion padding collapsed leaving nothing between the cover material and the hard base. Contacted the manufacturer as it had gone beyond the Amazon replacement timeline and the support from them has been excellent. Shipping back an entire chair isnt the easiest thing to do so a few e-mails with details later and a new base is on its way. Hoping this is a one off as I bought another one for my youngest (who loves it) but having seen their support I'm sure any issues will be quickly resolved and look forward to my boys spending even more time on their consoles now they have comfy chairs :) Oh.....wait a minute!!! Have to thank Veronica for all her help. She's been excellent.

Very impressed with chair for price. Heavy chair and seems solid. Quick delivery. Box is heavy so just to be aware. Using as a gamer chair for my son so will be given as Christmas present. Everything well packed, had slight problem with putting one of the screws in on the arm as it wouldn't catch. Sorted it after a while otherwise easy to make.

Easy to assemble, sturdy and very comfortable

Massive fan of this chair, bought it for a combination of WFH and gaming and for me personally it is very comfortable. Personally thought I was going to have to try and find some screws when the ones that connected the back of the chair to the seat itself broke. But a quick message to the seller and I had some new screws being shipped out within the day! These have since arrived and the chair is fully functioning again. As I have said though a very comfy chair and Jennifer provided amazing customer service for me.

UPDATE: As of 9th October, the gas strut no longer keeps the chair at a constant height. 6 months old and it’s now faulty. Even with 2 months of not being used due to being on furlough! I didn’t expect much given the pricing point of the chair. But it looks good and is easy to put together. The materials do feel a little cheap but that is to be expected at that price. The chair does clunk a little from time to time and mine arrived with a part protruding from the box and a small scuff to the back rest. I likely would have returned it if I wasn’t so desperate to stop using a dining room chair during the covid-19 lockdown.

This chair has been fantastic in providing the support needed when sitting at a desk for 10 hours a day! It makes it so much easier to work from home, and for the price, it is definitely a great bargain! The assembly was a little challenging as we could not find an information leaflet/manual, but with some patience we were able to put it together in half an hour! We liked the chair so much that we ordered a second one for our family! Overall, would recommend this chair to anyone looking for a more comfortable way to work from home.

Meine Frau brauchte einen neuen Bürostuhl fürs Home-Office, da der alte, ein einfacher Drehstuhl, ihr immer Schmerzen in den Beinen, sowie Rückenschmerzen verursachte. Wir haben uns nach langem Hin und Her für dieses Modell entschieden, da die Beurteilungen vernünftig und der Preis gut waren. Der Stuhl kam natürlich in Einzelteilen bei uns an. Die Aufbauanleitung war sehr gut, verglichen mit anderen Anleitungen für Möbel, Stühle etc. Zusammen haben wir den Stuhl in rund 45 Minuten aufgebaut. Alle Bohrungen haben gepasst, es gab keine Abweichungen und der Aufbau ging zügig und leicht. Meine Frau (nicht sehr groß und auch nicht sehr schwer) sagt, dass der Stuhl sehr bequem sei. Sie hatte anfangs noch ein Kissen unter gelegt, hat dies aber dann nicht mehr gebraucht, da sie sagte, der Stuhl sei auch so absolut bequem und gut gepolstert. Die Kippfunktion verwendet sie nicht. Man kann diese auch einfach durch anpassen der Empfindlichkeit abstellen. Sie hat seither keine Schmerzen in den Beinen mehr. Auch die Rückenschmerzen sind verschwunden. Der Stuhl steht sicher und gut auf den fünf Rollen. Die Rollfunktion ist leichtgängig. Die Höhenverstellung ist ebenfalls leichtgängig, sowohl nach oben als auch wieder runter. Von daher bekommt der Stuhl von uns eine absolute Kaufempfehlung!

Cercavo una sedia da ufficio da scrivania in sostituzione della mia che si era rotta. Ho voluto provare una tipo game. Questa mi è piaciuta per l’aspetto e l’assorimento dei colori proposti, in più era in offerta. Il montaggio è stato semplice e intuitivo seguendo un foglio illustrato con i vari step numerati da seguire. Un piccolo problema l’ho trovato quando dovevo montare i braccioli, in quanto pur apparendo identici mi sono accorto che in realtà nella parte alta il bracciolo presentava una piccola asimmetria della sagoma che si appoggia al lato dello schienale corrispondente, la quale impediva di montarli correttamente anche se, forzando, si riesce comunque a montarli. Sul foglio di istruzioni non si fa cenno ad un distinguo tra il bracciolo destro e il sinistro. Poi, guardando molto attentamente, ma molto attentamente, quasi invisibile, ho notato una R vagamente a rilievo (destra) sulla zona di appoggio e sull'altro una L (sinistra) ma ripeto, difficilmente distinguibili, quasi invisibili. Sul foglio di istruzioni non si fa cenno assolutamente a una R e a una L. Il montaggio va eseguito ovviamente con la R posta a destra stando seduti sulla sedia e idem per la sinistra. La sedia una volta montata, l'ho trovata molto comoda e anatomica, senti il lombare che appoggia bene. Regolabile in altezza, con lo schienale sbloccabile per una maggiore escursione e regolabile sulla forza di resistenza dello schienale. L'imbottitura è bella consistente, il che la rende comoda anche dopo diverse ore di seduta. Sono molto soddisfatto dell'acquisto ed è una sedia che ricomprerei. Tempi di spedizione top come sempre. Venditore ok.
