Will these help with overpronation?

They do have quite good arch support so that might help to keep your foot in a more upright position together with a good shoe to hold the heel firmly in place. I have no experience of overpronation myself so maybe it might be a case of trying off-the-peg insoles such as these first.

I have plantar fasciitis in just one foot. Would I still wear these as a pair?

Yes, I do, and they are comfortable as well. I also bought a similar paur from B&M for £2.99 a pair.

Yes, I'm 6ft 3 with size 12 wide feet. Think of Pingu on steroids.

Can anyone tell me are these washable?

Not wash by soaking but sponge wash them and wipe with dry cloth, then let dry naturally, I washed mine with a shower Gel or Bubble bath as they are scented and can lather, they come up lovely and have a nice smell 😊

I bought these to go inside my walking shoes. Having read the reviews I was slightly put off by some people who said they are hard, but I took a chance. They are, in fact, no harder than the original insoles from my shoes - and they are comfortable. However, one word of warning - I bought the size 5-6.5 as I take a size five. But I only had to trim millimeters off. So I suggest that anyone who takes a 6 or 6.5 buys a larger size.
