I have thick, wavy hair. I am, also, a male. I've had long hair for many, many years now and lemme tell you, I have never owned a better set of hair ties in my life. My only problem was that there were only three in the package. I mean, they last so freaking long without getting stretched out, they go on easily, and the best part, THEY COME OFF EASILY. I can tie it three times for a snug ponytail and it comes off without pulling out half of my hair from the root. These are so worth it, I will never buy another type of hair tie

I bought these back in 2019 and Only NOW need more because I lost all but 1! The one I haven't lost is a little stretched out, but I've been using it for 3years! I have waist length hair that is Very heavy, but these hair ties hold it well. When I run, this holds my braid wonderfully. I love how this doesn't snag, cause dents or breakage! $10 feels like a lot for 3 hair ties, but broken down that's about $3.40 a year. Not bad! Spoiler, I did just buy more.

This does really well in my granddaughters very thick curly hair. Goes in easy and out easy. Not great for small ponies. Just the thicker single pony

I have thick hair and would regularly snap normal hairbands on the first use. If I got them to work, many of them would rip my hair out when taking my ponytail out, because twisting around my pony three times (or sometimes two!) was stretching it out past its potential.These hair bands are pricey, but I'm sure that in the end they have saved me money. A 3-pack lasted me nearly a year - no, I don't use them every day, but often enough. And putting them in and taking them out is so easy -- and they actually stay in place all day. These are a must-have for anyone with long hair!!!

I have curtly hair & a lot of it, it's very difficult to find a hair band that actually holds my hair. I typically wears these to work every night & my it never moves. Highly recommend if you have heavy hair

These are by far the best ponytails holders there is. Once you have used them nothing else will please you. love love love them.

These bands are expensive and worth it! They retain their stretch, are washable and firmly hold my ponytail without pulling. I can run or do HIIT with a high pony and no adjustments. They also help give the hair a pretty, perky shape- no sagging.

I've been hunting these down for ages now, and I was so happy to have finally purchased them. I am not sure if it's due to the layering of my hair at the moment, but I do have issues using them after styling my hair. I find the next day (or many hours after styling) it works because my hair is dry enough to be held in a higher position. In terms of leaving marks... I think all hairbands do that! But this hairband does not snag which is great!

Bought these bands because of the reviews & didn't disappoint. It holds up my bum length, heavy hair perfectly. Only a slight kink sometimes but barely. Only didn't give full stars as would love a 4 pack to create symmetrical styles, especially for the price. Happy to pay though as I don't want to cut my hair just so I can have it stay tied up.

Poor quality for the money!

I love the thickness and early on was grateful I only needed 1 elastic (instead of 3 of the standard ones) to hold my hair. And they do work well enough in a lower messy bun and when I’m at work and less active.I was definitely excited to read that if you switch them out each day they won’t stretch out and will go back to their shape. Sadly, this is not the case. After a few wears I am needing 2 bands in my hair to hold it in place.What else is awkward is they haven’t stretched enough to loop 3 times and are way too lose for 2 loops around. And I definitely need 2 if I am working out of everything just falls out.Is not worth the insane extra cost comparatively and I will be goi f back to the cheap goodie brand elastics!
