Easily the best cooking chocolates around. Better value if you buy the largest size. Makes a silky ganache. Love the re seal bags and an awesome flavour.

Great chocolate to bake with and eat!
The best chocolate to eat and bake with! Tastes so nice, the quality is like no other! It didn't last very long as we ate it fast lol! I got it when it was on sale, so was happy paying the sale price. Not sure if I would buy at full price, but would definitely buy if it's on discount again.

I have bought Callebaut chocolate many times over the years, have tried most of their different varieties, all of them taste great straight from the bag. This particular one is the most repeat purchase, and will continue to buy on regular basis. This latest order arrived the next day, from a different Amazon supplier, the bag is dated for the end of April 2026. I have another one to finish before opening. I have used for baking biscuits, making ganache, and as decoration on cupcakes. It may seem expensive for a kilogram but when compared to buying individual bars of a quality product I prefer this one 😀

The best chocolate
These are pretempered callets. Wonderful flavor and quality. Has many uses. On the side of the package is a chart for warming and bringing up to working temp. I’ve used the microwave carefully and it did work well. Let it cool at room temp and it will dry to a shiny surface with a nice snap. If cools too fast it will come out of temper and have streaks. This is costly chocolate so learn how to do it right. They are in great condition and did not melt in shipping..

Nice creamy “vegetable fat free” callets. Taste by themselves is also extremely nice. They are milk chocolates so already contain milk so adjust your recipe proportions accordingly. The texture is rich and the taste is creamy and flavourful
