It says 7 3/8 to 7 1/2 but the size is just 7 1/2 even on the tag. They should just say that on the page.

I'm giving it 4 stars because it didn't fit too good on my husband. It was almost too large and just didn't look right. But I honestly don't know if that's a hat issue or wrong sizing on our end. The quality and look of the hat is exceptionally. I would suggest measuring your head just in case.

This hat is made nicely and looks nice, but it was comically huge on my husband. He usually wears a standard size, so I would say it runs big.

I'm a biggish guy (6' 200lbs) and my head is swimming in this thing. The adjustment band is useless if you cinch down much tighter than it comes out of the box you end up with a huge lump of fabric poking you in the back of the head.If you've got a huge noggin then this'll probably do you just fine. Otherwise order smaller than normal or find something with better fit.

There are so many hats that I've ordered and had to send back because they were too small. But this one fit! Hooray!The patten and style are exactly as described. Stitching is good and neat, and the bill is unbendable. The wool is wooly but not scratchy. The hat is fully lined with a thick cotton. It has a tiny bit of quilting padding along the circumference to help fit.The fold over is secured to the bill. Sometimes there is a snap, but this one is permanently fixed. It's a fall weight, I don't think it would be warm enough for icy weather, but it would be good into to the beginnings of winter.It's a nice fabric, it lays well, and its a darn nice hat.

Wore this to the doctor's office today and got several compliments! My husband keeps trying it on and finally ordered one of his own when he realized I wasn't gonna give him mine. I highly recommend this cute, well made, perfect fit cap for both casual and dress wear.
