Q: is the width of the blade the actual hole measurement (includes the curf)?

Yes. The diameter of the hole will be 3 3/4" but it might be slightly larger, maybe 1/16" due to movement during drilling. If you are on a drill press with material clamped will be 3 3/4".

Q: Will this cut through .125 aluminum?

It could cut, but not recommended for 125mm aluminum, hardly and not clean.

Q: What size are the threads? I want to put it on another arbor with Quick Lock 7/16" shank with 5/8" threads.

3/8" triangel shank with 5/8" threads.

Q: Would this work for a lock installation on a standard exterior door which has steel cladding?

I read the description. It says for metal and wood. Elementary education is a wonderful thing.
