How much should I add this to 1kg flour?

OK, firstly, I wouldn't add any at all unless I was making a wholemeal loaf. White flour doesn't need the help with rising, generally speaking. I have never added Vit C to bread recipes using strong white flour, even in the bread machine, and have always achieved a good rise. The recipe I bought this for (Wholemeal loaf, Dan Lepard in his book Short & Sweet) helpfully says to use "half a 500mg plain Vit C tablet, crushed" (for a recipe using 450g strong wholemeal) which was no use at all as I was unable to find ANY plain Vit C tablets. However, this product fortunately has instructions on the side and for their 500g flour recipe (using white flour, but see my original comment) they specify 1/2 (half) a teaspoon of Vit C powder.
