The answer depends on how strong u like your brew. 1 x teaspoon (heaped) per person and 1 for the pot. We like it strong. 3 people 3 to 4 pots. Strong initially but if you top up with water then it becomes weaker. We use china mugs.

Slightly shorter than beer pint glass and slightly thicker. I would say it is good size :)

Is this tea gluten free it looks ok but i just wanted to be sure 👍

I drink this because I have diverticular disease and need to eat/drink gluten free. So yes, it is gluten free. Best green tea I’ve found as well - recommend it for the taste.
