Wish I could give it 10 Stars! I just had an injection in my lower back for a herniated disc that was bulging a lot. I didn't get the cortisone shot. Instead, I got a PRP plasma replacement therapy. Anyway, nothing has relieved my pain like this TENS unit. When I was looking at reviews I wanted something that was super easy to operate. Also, you can use four pads at once! Easy to place. Easy to operate. I recommend to anyone with knee, back probs etc. This works just as well as what I get at the physical therapy office, except it's portable. I can actually walk around with it while I'm doing dishes etc. Absolutely amazing. And he can go for a full hour at a time. Holds its charge for a really long time. Why didn't I know about this product months ago!

This thing is absolutely wonderful for my sciatica. It’s super easy to use. And really helps provide some relief. You can easily wear it as you do other stuff around the house etc. it’s slim and discreet and the pad stick really well

This little bugger packs a punch! I’ve never gotten past like six. I sit around four. But each level has two tiers. And you have 20 plus options for modes. I like the deep tissue and scraping. It comes with this cool little guidebook and it tells you all of them. It’s so small but it lasts for days and I use it for an hour at least once a day and I can not charge it for over a week. It’s insane. Very easy to operate and navigate. I got it for my birth because I went natural, but I never even got to use it I labored at home too long and didn’t use it. But I’ve used it heaps since. It fits in the side pocket of my athletic shorts or pants and the pads are amazing. I use each set so many times. Rub a little water on them and they’re brand new. Shuts off after however many minutes you select, increments of ten up to sixty. I would recommend over and over. For the price, I couldn’t ask for more. I did plenty of research before hand so I only have this one and nothing to compare it to.

this was my first TENS unit I purchased. Reviews all seemed good so I ordered. I LOVE THIS. the remote is small but it has 6 different modes with 4 levels on each one. A Guide Book is included so you can determine which mode you need. This has TENS and EMS so one is for electrical stimulation and the other for muscle aches. You also choose how much time you want and the intensity. I can't make it past 2 bars because it becomes a little much for me. Includes 4 pairs 2"x2" reusable pads. I've done this 8x and pads are still sticky. Remote if rechargeable but haven't had to charge yet. I am feeling some relieve with the stimulation so will continue my path. Very happy with this unit, especially at the price point

Being a long term pain sufferer this portable little unit in my experience is the best in the market. Competitively priced plus having multi options and given the size makes it ideal anywhere but certainly great when traveling.

I just bought it and started using it. So far so good. I had doubts about its effectiveness (given its size), I've been positively surprised. I would have given it 5 stars. the only reason I m giving 4 is the misleading description. it has 6 different programs and different intensities so the combination makes the 24modes highlighted in the description. But the user manual does not define how to get to a specific mode, so it is left for one's intuition and trial & error.
