Does this work with Dyson hd07 hairdryer?

It certainly fits perfectly on my Dyson hairdryer - but if your hair is straight, the curl doesn't last (but apparently it doesn't even with the real one)

Hello, applicable, you follow the picture instructions, use the 2 adapters to convert your hair dryer base into a curling iron base, and then you can use the 2 curling irons or Volumizing Brush in the package.

Are these official dyson attachments?

No, Dyson do not make attachments that enable you to use your hair dryer as an airwrap. They are 2 different products. These attachments allow you to do this though. I'm delighted with mine.
