OK, so maybe my expectations were too high but I bought these to ship frozen perogy's, everything looked great, the insulated box with the insulated bag should have been enough to ship frozen food to Pittsburgh from NH...The temperatures were very cold during the entire time the product was enroute... every day was below 30 degrees, but who knows what the post office used during their shipment. 72, hand made perogy's were black and thawed by the time they arrived. They were dropped off on Friday afternoon, four and a half days before they were delivered on Christmas eve. I must be honest, I believed they were going to be on a truck for most of the ride which should have been great to keep them frozen. Well, that obviously didn't happen but the fact that everything melted really surprised me.The hours of work it took to make them only to have them be tossed out was very disappointing. My kids and grandkids were heart broken when they saw how everything looked when they opened the box.I don't know the spec's of these boxes and bags or just how well they'll hold hot or cold items, but one thing for sure is... they failed what I needed for them to do.
