My toddler grandson's favorite pieces of this set was the fork and spoon, which actually encourages him to use them more than his former utensils. The plate itself was a bit shallow, so he's not quite able to scoop up his food as well as with a deeper plate. The only part that was not as usable, was the straw - that section was the only portion deep enough for toddler grade food. BUT, it was cute enough and I bought it in 2 colors in anticipation of when he's ready for the big times!

It really does look beautiful, but the food storage spaces are very small, making it impractical. The cutlery is also too small. The material is excellent and easy to clean. It's not heavy. I feel the price is a bit high. If the baby eats a normal amount or a lot, I wouldn't recommend it.

My grandson wants to use this plate for every meal! He loves it! Totally worth the money
