Really solid but somehow not heavy, and taller than you'd think
First, there's no assembly required here. The stairs come completely assembled, ready to swing out in to place. That's great, it doesn't require me to screw anything up first thing. Second, the action components move really smoothly. The stairs fold out easily from completely flat into their ramp form, and the stairs themselves swing up easily. The braces for the stairs are quire sturdy. Though rated for 150, it seems to hold my weight just fine, so I'd say 150 is no problem at all.To the point: the pets regard it with cool disinterest. This is normal, it will take some time to convince them that this is a helpful thing. None of them need it currently, but you want to get one early so they get used to is, so it's there when they start needing it. The dog took about 5 minutes of using cheese for him to use it...to get cheese. He's still not using it without on his own without cheese, but baby steps. It certainly held him no problem, and he's 65 lbs. Even jumping on it from the side, there was no wobble. Be aware it may sound a bit loud, the carpet helps muffle but it's just wood under that.Speaking of carpet, the cats SHOULD discover that part any day now, and realize they can scratch it. At which point I fully expect them to use it...to sit on. That's okay, they'll probably learn to get out of the way of the dog when he uses it to get on the bed.To summarize, this a very well made product, and I'm very happy with it.

Works perfectly for unusual purpose
We moved to a new house and my dog was being taunted by squirrels in the backyard so she was constantly begging to go in and out to chase them. Every 5 minutes. I couldn't work on the computer or watch television without constant interruption from barks and whines. I found a window-based dog door that looked perfect (Ideal Pet Products aluminum sash window pet door) in that I wouldn't need to cut into and permanently damage my house, but the issue was that my window is 25 inches from the ground. To make this work, I now needed stairs on both sides of the window that would allow a 60lb pitbull mix a way to climb through this window/door. Enter the SweetBin stairs. I wanted staircases that were sturdy, durable, reasonably pleasing to the eye, and ideally not constructed of plastic. I looked at many similar products at the pet store and online and am glad I chose this one. It meets or exceeds all of my expectations. It came pre-assembled--an added bonus. Just take it out of the box and unfold it. It can be used either as a ramp or you can flip up the stairs as shown in the photos, which is how I have them. I like that the stairs are carpeted both for grip and also help clean her paws a little as she goes in and out (not as important for those using it indoors only to help older/smaller dogs get onto furniture). I also like the rubberized feet that prevent the stairs from sliding out of place and scratching the floors. It took her under 2 minutes to get used to the new setup and she now has freedom to chase squirrels at will and I have my sanity back.

Great Steps for an Aging Pet!
My dog is about 11 years old now and we have deep mattress so our bed sits up pretty high. It is harder now for our down to jump up and down from our bed so it was time to get some stairs. These stairs worked out great!! They seem very sturdy (I've sat on them without issue), and the carpeted steps give plenty of grip getting up and down. My dog took to them immediately which is great! She uses them every time to get on and off the bed (see picture).Although they can turn into a ramp, it is pretty steep so not super helpful for an older dog but the stairs are wonderful.Definitely recommend getting these if you have an older dog who needs help getting on and off beds or couches. They even come fully assembled so no work involved!

Versatile dog steps slash ramp
The gentle grade of these steps-slash-ramps is perfect for my basset-hound build dog. If you have a low rider like I do, this is great for up-and-down access to my bed. It’s a great height for my bed and it was one of the only ones at the height.

Well made but steep
This stair set is beautiful & well made. As previous comments have said, it is too steep to use as a ramp for our older small dog. The stairs are good & help our little guy get up high though. It is also easy to set up or collapse to put away. It seems well made, but double check the weight allowance if you have a big dog.

Great steps for my dog
Product is exactly a described. Steps are sturdy and carpeted so he doesn't slip. I blocked all other access to the bed and used treats a few times too get him to use the steps, now he knows what they do and it makes it so much easier on him since he is getting older. They are sturdy but can fold up to be almost flat, though as a ramp it is a little steep so I don't think large dogs would like it in that setting, but they are great, sturdy steps for him, he is about 80 pounds. They also have non slip bottoms on the feet so the steps do not slide. I put a carpet at the bottom as well so he did not slide on the wood floor when he gets off the steps. Hassle free, no real set up, just open the legs and lift the steps in place and it's good to go in maybe 2 minutes.

Great steps
A little pricey but these are well made. No assembly required, you get a ramp and steps in one, and your pets will have an easier time getting from A to B. Very sturdy and have become a hang out area for our cats, and has allowed our older cat to join us in the living room atop his ottoman without climbing it and ruining it.

So close to being perfect.
My boyfriend and I wanted to get our miniature dachshunds new stairs onto our bed. We went with this one because it looked nicer than the foam ones. It's made very well and easily folds. The carpet grip is really nice so they don't slide off. I'm only giving it three stars though because it just didn't work for our dogs, the steps are wayyyy too far apart for our dogs.Wish there were options for the same height with 4 steps instead of 3.
