Quick and easy!
I started sprouting these beans the day they arrived and within 3 days, after following the instructions on the Amazon product page, I had a great supply of sprouted beans to add to my stir fry. Personally I do not mind that did not come with instructions as it cuts down on my recycling and clear instructions are given on the product page which can be copied and pasted into a Word document for future reference. My daughter (14) loved how quickly they grew. They tasted great and I've already re-ordered. I should have gotten a bigger pack in the first place as the seeds supplied are only enough for around 2 or 3 stir fries. All in all, very happy with my purchase.

Germinated very well, great activity to do with the kids.
Very easy to do and fully germinated and ready to eat in 5 days. Lovely in stir fry! Word of warning though. Beansprouts should be cooked properly as the germination process has perfect conditions for salmonella!! Enjoy.

With pain in my heart we eventually ate my dear home-grown baby sprouts
When doing most of your groceries online, bean sprouts can be hard to obtain from time to time. This happened again when I promised the family to make them a Malay soto ayam over the weekend, for which bean sprouts are a vital ingredient. So I stumbled upon these bean sprout seeds with some of the reviews claiming that they would grow in just a few days. Well, the latter was a bit of an exaggeration, at least with the batch of seeds I received. So I had to disappoint the family and delay the meal.Even so, growing your own beansprouts like this is quite a nice concept. The seeds arrive in a small air tight enveloppe without any instructions. Then you have to soak the seeds in slightly warm water for a while and find a bedding, a stack of tissues in my case. And within a day the seeds start to pop. The children found it an entertaining and educational experience to witness dad’s sprout babies grow.In our case it took about 4 days before we could harvest. I must say, the fresh bean sprouts were quite an culinary experience. The taste was fine although my produce was a bit thinner and lighter colored than the supermarket bean sprouts.

Not Much to Say
Bought these for my son as a science project. Grew them, documented them, then ate them in a stir fry. Did the job perfectly. :DQuick boot note - they grow better if you put a damp paper on the top of, as well as below, for the first few days.

Sprouted mung beans
Mung Beans sprouted very quickly (using sprouting utensil). Very good quality - didn't see many non sprouting seeds. Enhanced my sandwiches and salads.

Never sprouted, also smelled really bad
Soaked it and rinsed twice a day like in the instructions, the green cases of the seeds came off in 2 days and there were tiny little roots :) Unfortunately it never grew more than that and instead started to give off a smell. (Can't comment on the flavour, but it smelled like male bodily fluid which filled my kitchen.) I thought it was growing real slow but when it turned sour after 2 weeks I had to toss it all out. Packaging was also obscenely excessive for a tiny little packet.

Good but pricey
This is a very expensive way of growing mung beans.
