CoQ10 levels have been found to be reduced in people with certain conditions, such as heart disease, and in those who take cholesterol medication like statins'. Here we have a one month (30 days) supply of CoQ10, there are 30 capsules supplied in a small plastic pot. The daily dose is to take a single capsule along with a meal. The daily dose provides the following: CoQ10 -100mg, Vitamin E - 30mg. The capsule is made from gelatin, the ingredients also contains sunflower oil. Overall the capsules are easy to swallow with a little water. I passed these to my wife as it appears CoQ10 can be of particular benefit to some women. She reports that these are easy to swallow, and has not experienced any nasty side effects. My only issue is that it can work out quite expensive for us at £25 for just 1 months supply. I do so much prefer capsules to tablets. The latter stick in my throat, even when washed down with fluid and food. There appear to be no nasties here, though I would prefer to do without colouring, even though it is just ferric oxide. Some people who fear seed oils would prefer not to have to ingest sunflower oil. This is the first time I have encountered white beeswax in a capsule, but I can't imagine it could be a problem (except for the bees). Happily, there is nothing devious in Nutri Advanced's ad. No hidden info. that 2, 3 or even 4 caps are needed to make up the recommended dose, as I see all too often in the ads of other supplement sellers. Here just one cap. daily gives us 100mg of coQ10, which is a reasonable but not OTT dose. More is not always better! Beside the possible benefits of coQ10 cited by Nutri Advance - heart health, healthy ageing, energy etc - I am looking to counter the possible adverse effects of some prescription drugs, which are thought to block the absorption of coQ10 in the body. In particular, many GPs recommend taking coQ10 alongside a statin. It has been suggested that coQ10 may lower the probability of the muscle pain which some people taking statins report. We can get coQ10 from meat, fish and nuts, but not in quantities comparable to those in supplements. Best before 2/2026. My real objection to these coQ10 caps is their price - currently £24.95 for 30. Would I be willing to pay 83p for each one of them? Probably not - unless I was desperate for coQ10 and could find no cheaper source. I suggest you do your research before deciding which brand of coQ10 to buy.

I was informed I have high blood pressure & was told to take these as they can help. I read a few blogs and they all claimed within 2 weeks things improved with better diet & exercise of course so I thought I would try. You only get one month supply for the price which is a bit of a rip off, so many others on the market you get more for your money for same quality so I wouldn't buy these over those with the price. I have taken the whole tub so 4 weeks now and no difference or improvement for me :( I have read about varies qualities I am not sure if this is part of the case here? Either way I won't use these any more I feel one month is more than enough time to see if something is going to help and this didn't help me sadly :( They are easy to swallow, don't have any after taste.

I've recently started taking Co-Enzyme Q10 on the recommendation of a friend, and so far I'm agreeing with her that there's a noticeable benefit in my energy levels, and I do feel there's some benefit to mental clarity too. These are easy to swallow caplets, which I like, but with only 30 in the bottle and a hefty price tag of £24.99 these are a very expensive option for only a month's supply.. They may be effective, but I'm afraid its hard to justify that price!
