Very easy to assemble and operate, came with a 20’ long wiring harness that I had professionally installed but I was able to put it together by myself in roughly a 1/2 hour, the only downside was that the instructions to assemble it weren’t real clear, other than that I like the lift, it doesn’t rattle on the back of my Jeep Grand Cherokee.

It was a fairly straightforward install. If you have mechanical ability you should have no problem. I did all the work myself, but would recommend having a helper. The lift quality is good, the electric motor seemed a bit slow, but it definitely gets the job done. I know that we saved a few thousand dollars over buying one local and paying to have it installed. One extra note to keep in mind: these things are generally a universal fit, but be prepared to possibly re-drill a hole or two to make it level when it comes into contact with the ground. I would definitely recommend this as an affordable alternative to paying to have one installed.

I had an issue with the lift as delivered. The metric hardware included simply did not fit. Bolts were too short or just plain missing. The local hardware store didn't have the correct metric hardware. 1/2" bolts were close but didn't quite fit, so it took significant extra time for the person assembling the lift to fit and in some cases force the 1/2" hardware to fit. Good news is that the seller's customer service is excellent. The lift seems to be of good quality and the design is able to support wheelchairs as well as mobility scooters. I'm pleased with the purchase. I would have been more pleased had the correct hardware been included. The bags were still sealed, I think I just got the hardware for a different model.

This is a piece of trash. DO NOT BUY. Stop working after 6 months of use. No one will to work the unit. If you need to a scooter carrier, buy it locally.

Is just what I expected. Works fine. Tie-down straps little complicated - instructions would have been nice.

It was great, but when we lost the keys, the company could not provide me with the means to get new ones... Yes our fault we lost the keys but I suggest to everyone considering this product, Make sure you get copies of the keys and seperate them.

Easy to install and the wiring is simple as long as you know your vehicle's wiring setup. The old man enjoys having the ease of loading and unloading... Overall product has been enjoyable to use, very little to no maintenance.
