I received mine today but no instructions. Can anyone help me please

They are shockingly a pain the rear end to fit. FROM EXPERIENCE .... don't use the silicone glue till the end and everything is in place as its so sticky i got it everywhere.. Although its a straight forward job... and should be simple.. its not. . the 4 metal corners slice through the rubber tube and can render it useless...you need to cut them so carefully I found my old metal corners weren't as sharp and i ended up using them on the new rubber seal and make sure you know the angle foe each corner as they rip the seal getting them back out if you put them in the wrong way the first time. You'll also notice the seal has a flat side.. this flat side sits along the wall of the oven... its also where you need to make the incision to insert the metal corners SO. A... Put all 4 metal corners into the holes in the oven where the old ones were removed from to ensure you have them in at the correct angle... one way fits snug against the oven wall.. the other way would stick out a bit... you'll see what i mean when you do it B.. I started to put on the seal from the top left of my oven working along the top and down the right hand side... keep the seal nice and tight but not too tight or the metal corners will rip trough the rubber if its too tight ... if its too loose it just hangs down and doesn't seal correctly. C.. use a sharp knife to slice a small hole in the flat part of the seal .. once you have the metal bit in.. clip it back into the oven wall so you know exactly where to make the next cut... D... work your way around till you have all 4 in place and cut off the remaining rubber and pop that onto the other end of the metal corner you started on... E.. When they are all in place then use the silicone glue to seal it onto the oven wall... its like tar and gets everywhere so use gloves. HOPE THAT HELPS... Its a horrible job and I had to buy the kit more than once as I made a mess the first time... its not easy.. be patient and good luck.

Hello, does anyone know the width/depth and height of the seal itself? Not package dimensions, thanks in advance :)

It's on a roll so can be cut to size when you get it.It has two sets of clips in the pack so that you can select sharp or curved corners depending on your cooker oven shape.You will need to cut 4 lengths of the seal (2 for the top and 2 for the bottom).Just take care when putting in the corner fixings ie:make sure they are all the correct way round and push into the seal then when you have all four pieces put together to make a square clip them into the holes in the oven corners that take the clips
