The Waboba ball is not round, it has corners. When you bounce it you have to chase it.lol. the lava ball is round and can bounce 10ft, on the right surface.

No, but this ball is fantastic! It is smaller than a lacrosse ball and bounces very well. My boys can stand at opposite sides if the street and bounce it to one another. The yellow will turn red after bouncing. We have bought 6 of these. This will make a great gift.
