I planted some of these in plugs and scattered the rest of the seeds. Results are best when scattered - less prone to slug and snail consumption! Plenty germinated and grew - were taller than I expected! In future I’d sow towards back of the border. Prefer the doubles and peony variety. Would buy again.

They are what one would expect , took a little while to arrive but came well packaged ,I can’t comment on the poppies has they have been planted in readiness for next year , but they are a Good make and I am hopeful that I will be thrilled when they arrive ,

I bought this multipack in November 2020. I planted them in both 2021 and 2022. I have not had a single poppy from them. I have tried cultivating them both inside and outside and even sown them straight onto the ground in case the compost was too rich. About half a dozen that overwintered grew to about 2" plants, so I transplanted them into the garden in Spring. They are still 2" tall and, as yet, no flowers. Is it me, or should Johnsons stick to toiletries?

I now have a jar of mixed seeds.
